Philip Vroegrijk

“Legal expertise and analytical skills are indispensable to a lawyer. But a clever strategy and intelligent tactics are what really make the difference.”

Philip Vroegrijk

The scope of my practice

I assist clients in the field of corporate litigation. This includes shareholder disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability, takeover disputes and proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber.

Result-driven strategy

All case files require one thing: obtaining a speedy and efficient solution for the client. If litigation proves necessary as a last resort, we make every effort to achieve a maximum result. The equipment you need for this as a lawyer includes – in addition to knowledge and experience – strategic and tactical insight. That is what lets you make a difference. An example? If a client’s starting position is weak from a legal point of view, a well-considered strategy can sometimes still achieve an optimum result out of court. When everything works out, this can be just as satisfying as successfully concluding complex proceedings.
