Jolien Macken

“Employers are often in a difficult position when it comes to employment law. Achieving a good and practical result in spite of that, is a source of great fulfillment, time and again.”

The scope of my practice

My main focus is on dismissal issues. I handle other employment law matters as well, e.g. non-compete clauses, wage claims and collective bargaining agreement issues.

Turning a disadvantage into an advantage

Employers often find themselves constrained by a complex set of rules. Especially when it comes to dismissal. Helping clients progress from a seemingly impossible position to an acceptable hands-on solution is something that gives me a great deal of satisfaction.
