My main focus is on dismissal issues. I handle other employment law matters as well, e.g. non-compete clauses, wage claims and collective bargaining agreement issues.
Employers often find themselves constrained by a complex set of rules. Especially when it comes to dismissal. Helping clients progress from a seemingly impossible position to an acceptable hands-on solution is something that gives me a great deal of satisfaction.
